Del Bosque: “I tried everything so that Messi would play for Spain. He refused out of love for his country.”

Vicente del Bosque had a good passage as coach of the Spanish team, the former technical director managed to win the trophies obtained such as the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and the Eurocup, Poland-Ukraine 2012. However, despite winning 2 important trophies, he confessed that in that time, he tried to convince Lionel Messi to play for ‘La Roja’.
