CHECO PÉREZ IS CLOSE TO THE RECORD OF THE MEXICAN PEDRO RODRÍGUEZ

Checo is a legend in the world of racing and his path in Formula 1 is unique; however there is a record that Max Verstappen snatched from him. And it is that no Mexican since 1967 managed to be a leader in Formula One. Pérez was close to breaking the record, but his teammate in Red Bull did the fastest lap and placed himself at the top with 44 points, to 43 from Guadalajara .
