Both expressed their desire to work now to make Lima Alliance a competitive team that can achieve its goals in the 2024 season, both in the local tournament and in the Libertadores Cup.
Bruno Marioni, who in his time as a footballer played for clubs like Independiente, Boca Juniors and Pumas of Mexicowas excited to have arrived at one of the most recognized institutions in Peruvian football.
“I am very happy to be in this project, available to continue contributing the experience that I have acquired during my time as an athlete to collaborate in the assembly of the squad, in the election of our coach Alejandro Restrepo and to help Alianza continue to be the best team in Peru“said the Argentine.
“We have been working these last two weeks on the analysis of the squad and we are going to continue working in these next few days to be able to give Alejandro the best possible squad to compete, both in the local tournament and the Copa Libertadores”, he added.
Asked about possible reinforcements to face the 2024 season, he said that at this moment an analysis of all the footballers is being carried out.
“We know Alejandro’s career and he endorses it. Each of the people who are happy about his arrival, we share it. We are glad you are with us. “We will continue working to form a good competitive team,” he stated.
Indiscipline will not be tolerated
On the issue of discipline on the Alianza Lima campus, Marioni announced that an internal regulation will be implemented “and enforced.”
