Ricardo Centurión is in the news again, but not for his goals. The former Boca Juniors soccer player was intervened by the Buenos Aires City Police in the Villa Soldati neighborhood on the night of Thursday, November 30. He was subjected to a narco test and tested positive for cocaine. Upon learning the result, the current Barracas Central man tried to flee, but was caught.
The Police Rapid Intervention Deployment Personnel intercepted a Peugeot 208 and the Mercedes Benz that Centurión was driving, in the vicinity of the Soldati Housing Complex. In addition, a assembled cigarette, a marijuana flower and a blister of two-milligram clonazepam tablets containing two pills were found.
After his short-lived attempt to ‘haggle’ with the authorities, it was confirmed that Centurión did not have the papers for his car. Despite this, he was not arrested, but his vehicle was seized.
