Alianza Lima announced this Thursday, December 14, the death of former Peruvian soccer player Juan ‘Wallace’ Rivero (73), who was champion and scorer of the La Victoria team between 1971 and 1976.
Rivero was also a member of the Peruvian team, in the center forward position, and played for other local clubs such as Sport Boys, CNI, Atlético Grau, Alfonso Ugarte, Diablos Rojos, Coronel Bolognesi and Defensor ANDA.
He also played abroad, for the teams Valencia (Venezuela) and San José (Bolivia).
