Franco Navarro on Kevin Serna’s move to Alianza: “They took a professional, serious, disciplined player”

Peruvian coach Franco Navarro gave his opinion on the arrival of the Colombian Kevin Sernawhom he directed in ADT of Tarma, to the ranks of Lima Alliance, as a brand new reinforcement for the 2024 season.

In statements to Willax Deportes, the now coach of Carlos A. Mannucci, from the city of Trujillo, considered that the blue and white team, current Peruvian runner-up, has taken a “super professional, disciplined, serious” player.

“As a person, he really is wonderful, a player who has never been injured. I’ve had it for a year and a half. He is a boy who has a discipline to train, clear goals,” added the popular ‘Pepón’.

Navarro added that Serna is a footballer who is characterized by maintaining significant consistency: “Since I have known him for a year and a half, he has never slowed down. Last year he was already an important player and this year he has grown a lot,” he mentioned.

Finally, he said he believes that the Colombian will not have problems adapting quickly to Alianza Lima football, as he considers that he is taking a “jump in quality” in his career as a professional athlete.

What did Kevin Serna say about his arrival at Alianza Lima?

“We know what Alianza means and what it means to be in the institution. Happy for these challenges that life gives you and I like to face them,” he said in statements to Depor, on December 7.
