Kylian Mbappé scored the tying goal for France vs. Belgium for the semifinals of the ‘Final Four’ in the UEFA Nations League. The Paris Saint-Germain player scored from twelve steps after a foul that originated within the Belgian team’s area.

The situation started when Youri Tielemans fouled Antoine Griezmann in the opposite area. Referee Daniel Siebert awaited the VAR’s decision, but ended up reviewing the play directly and decided to whistle a penalty in favor of France at the Allianz Stadium.
