“The 3-5-2 bet is brave” and “be careful about asking for Sonne’s ownership”: Rebagliati, Kanashiro and Montoya describe the Fossati era this way | DT SURVEY

Peru began the first minutes being overwhelming on the wings and after two poisonous crosses into the area by Andy Polo, Grimaldo and Lapadula did not forgive, giving Peru the victory against Nicaragua. It was, however, very little, against a rival that offered resistance for just 20 minutes. Today against the Dominican Republic, 8:30 pm, they have the second friendly. That is why El Comercio conducted a survey of prominent journalists about post-match feelings.

1. From 1 to 10, score for Fossati’s Peru debut?

2. What changes could you make for Tuesday?

3. How to analyze the 3-5-2 you tried?

4. What feeling did what Sonne did on the field leave you?

Ricardo Montoya – Liga 1 Max

1. My score is 6.

2. All those who probably did not play like Bryan Reyna are going to play, for example, Solís, since he is going to test them and the idea is for him to see their performances. That’s ok.

3. He feels comfortable with that system and believes he has smart people who can apply himself to that system. It seems to me that that 3-5-2 needs to be worked on and it still lacks synchronicity and I say so myself. But the bet seems brave to me.

4. Sonne had a passing grade, although he did not dazzle, I think that his performance will increase, improve and will end up consolidating. We are going to see the best of Sonne next year in the Qualifiers and probably in the next Qualifiers. He is a still young boy.

Diego Rebagliatti – RPP – Movistar Deportes

1. My score is 6.

2. I think it will change at eleven.

3. It is the system you will always play with. You have to get used to it.

4. Normal, I wasn’t too impressed.

Daniel Kanashiro – League 1 Max

1. For me, winning is always a 10. The ultimate goal in a competition is to win. What is analyzed, and that is where the subjective comes in, is the way to reach 10. But a victory is never questioned.

2. From what Fossati said, those who did not play on Friday will have a chance on Tuesday, so I think the formation against the Dominican Republic will vary almost completely. It’s good to see everyone.

3. I liked the team with the ball, vertical with game alternatives, with the full-backs launched, with the front-line midfielder being a short and long exit and with two 9s playing in front of the goal and accompanying from behind. It didn’t seem so clear to me when they attacked you. I feel like he lacked more aggressiveness for the recovery, I think we let him get away very easily. Hopefully it was due to the fragility of the rival and not an established form. That Cáceda is one of the outstanding ones speaks to the lack of clarity to still defend.

4. I see Sonne well, from there to asking for ownership there is an abyss. Imagine, if he scores a goal, people will demand the captaincy. Let’s stop a little, Fossati will see if he is ready to finish at the end and the most important thing. Yes, it is an ingredient that Fossati needs for his dish to come out delicious.
