Yoshimar Yotún was the fourth guest of the YouTube program ‘Enfocados’, hosted by former soccer players Jefferson Farfán and Roberto Guizasola and, among other topics, they talked about peruvian team.
The three agreed that Piero Quispe, midfielder for Pumas UNAM of the Liga MX, should be the one who wears the number 10 shirt in the red and white.
“They have to give him 10 so that he assumes and feels that pressure,” said Farfán, very convinced.
“It’s no longer ‘Pierito’. He is already on the other side, in a good league, on a good team,” added Yotún.
It is worth mentioning that Sergio Peña currently wears that number and was a starter in Peru’s last friendly against the Dominican Republic.
The man from Malmo from Sweden scored the first goal in the 4-1 red and white victory at the Monumental stadium.
Before Peña, Christian Cueva wore the 10 of the national team, after the retirement of Jefferson Farfán.
