The defender of University of Sports and the Peruvian team, Aldo Corzohe reflected on his sporting career and regretted not having played abroad.
In dialogue with Directv Sports, the cream captain said that although there was interest from some clubs abroad, this did not materialize into a contractual relationship.
“The pending task of my career was not having been able to play abroad. Twice I was close, but it couldn’t happen,” said Corzo.
On the other hand, he valued his good presence in the merengue institution where he is a fundamental piece in the defense and, also, he is considered in the red and white team led by Uruguayan coach Jorge Fossati.
“Today I am happy at Universitario, I am in a healthy group, the hardest working team I have had in my career,” said the defender.
It is worth mentioning that, despite not having minutes, he was part of the Peruvian team that participated in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
