Possible formation of the Argentina team vs. Uruguay by Qualifiers

The Argentine national team faces this Friday, November 12, Uruguay at the Champion of the Century stadium on the 13th Qualifying Qatar 2022. The ‘Albiceleste’ comes from two consecutive home victories: they beat Uruguay 3-0 and Peru 1-0. Those led by Scaloni do not know of defeats in this qualifying process and will seek to stay with a new Clásico de La Plata.

The Argentine team comes to the game against Uruguay with the loss of Sergio Agüero and the possible absence of Lionel Messi, who suffered a left knee injury that prevented him from playing the last games with PSG in France.

Although Messi’s ownership is not confirmed for this Friday, it is not completely ruled out either. The technical command will wait for 10 of the Argentine team.

Lionel Scaloni surprised everyone by citing several youths such as: Thiago Almada (Vélez Sarsfield), Santiago Simón (River Plate), Exequiel Zeballos (Boca Juniors), Cristian Medina (Boca Juniors), Matías Soulé (Juventus), Gastón Ávila (Rosario Central) and Federico Gómez Gerth (Tigre).

Another novelty is the citation of River Plate midfielder Enzo Fernández. Defender Juan Foyth (Villarreal), Lucas Alario (Bayer Leverkusen), Alejandro Gómez (Sevilla) and Agustín Marchesín (Porto) are the big absentees.
