TikTok tests a new feature to make it easier to find ‘lost’ videos

TikTok is testing a new feature with some users that will allow you to find videos that have appeared in the ‘For you’ section of the social network and have not been previously saved.

This new functionality has been shared by hammond oh in your personal account Twitter and, subsequently, it has been highlighted by the social network consultant, Matt Navarra, who has cited the original ‘tweet’.

Hammond Oh has accompanied his ‘tweet’ with an image in which the option of ‘Watch history’ (see history) along with other types of preferences and settings, in the ‘Content and activity’.

In addition, he has published another photo in which it is shown that TikTok users will have seven days to access that history of the last views or reproductions.

TikTok thus seeks to solve the problem faced by many users in their ‘apps‘ by accidentally refreshing the screen when they’re inside the ‘For You’ section and losing all the content they haven’t previously saved.

From TechCrunch, an American media specialized in technology, they have contacted via email with TikTokwho did not want to give more details about this new feature or anticipate when it will be available to a greater number of users.

A spokesman for TikTok he has declared to the aforementioned media that “forever” are thinking about “new ways to bring value to our community and enrich the experience.”
