“With the automation of our distribution center we simplify processes, reduce times and speed up dispatches, multiplying our shipping capacity by 7. In this way, we strengthen our commitment to our customers to simplify and enjoy life more with a great shopping experience.” says Alex Zimmermann, CEO of Falabella.
The representative highlighted that, by being the first Peruvian company to implement a technology like this, it will strengthen the business and improve the customer experience. Before automation, about 22,000 units were processed per day, but with this technology there will be a potential of up to 150,000 per day.

The distribution center now has the capacity to store 900 thousand units simultaneously with the 115 robots that are implemented. Although much of the distribution process is now automated, it continues to be supervised by specialized personnel.
