Different brands are offering models with new features such as a thinner thickness or minimalist designs. However, these they still need a cable to transmit data. Some choose to place the ports on both sides, while others use a “box” as a control center, from where one or two cables can be connected to the screen.

LG proposes something different with the new Signature OLED M. This works through LG ZeroConnect, a “box” that is not connected to the TV with a cable, but wirelessly. How does it work? The user must place it at aat a maximum distance of 10 meters to stream the content.

LG points out that this transmission is not given through Wi-Fi, but through a company-owned technology. The Signature OLED M is from 97 inches, from 4K resolution and one refresh rate up to 120Hz.

It should be noted that although the transmission occurs wirelessly, it is still necessary to have a cable to connect it to an electrical outlet. This new model would hit the market during the third or fourth quarter of 2023 and, as to its value, is still unknown.
