Now, the new requirement has caused pages like Redtube, Brazzers or Pornhub to stop being available in the state, all belonging to the company Ethical Capital Partners.
Instead, another well-known page called xHamster has been working on verification through the Yoti digital identity platform. It allows facial recognition or the use of an identity document.
The issue revolves around the use of Face ID, which could fall into various bugs or require additional privacy permissions. According to the Yoti platform, all data is encrypted and once the user is registered, the platform informs the website that they are over 18 years of age. The use of information for marketing campaigns is also avoided.
