The company has confirmed this feature within the framework of the third edition of TwitchCon, held this year in Paris, an event in which it has commented on some of the features that will add to your service throughout the year.

One of the great novelties of this meeting has been the announcement of Stories, a format that is already available on other platforms such as Instagram and Facebook and that the company plans to introduce next october.

Twitch is one of the best-known streaming platforms in the world.

For Twitch, “the exciting thing about Stories is its ability to reach all of the followers of twitch or share only with subscribers”, as he has pointed out in a note published on his blog.

The platform has recalled that in these Stories “ephemeral clips, images, text updates or surveys” can be shared and that they will be protected by the Community Rules, as well as by automated text and image scanning technology.

Discovery Feed will also be available in the fall, a scrollable in-app feed that will show users a personalized mix of clips from different channels, both streaming and delayed.

A few months earlier, in August, Twitch will enable the option to mark clips as featured in the Creator Dashboard. That way, you can control who can create clips from your streams, and easily remove clips you don’t care about.

“We will prioritize the display of your featured clips over non-featured clips on discovery surfaces, including the new discovery feed, and Over time we will allow you to control which clips appear in the feed.” They have qualified from the company.
