Think about tesla is thinking about technology. The firm that leads the production of electric cars has opened a call for remote work, and let us remember that it is expanding and will soon open a gigafactory in Mexico.

Billionaire Elon Musk’s company is looking for a Supplier Industrialization Engineer specialized in Extrusion, Turning and Machining to join their team remotely full-time.

According to the Infobae page, the position focuses on the development of components, the qualification of parts and processes, quality management and continuous improvement in suppliers in the Tesla supply chain.

Now, what we request from applicants is that they have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, and more than 5 years of experience in assembly plants.

Of course, they are also valuing quality systems experience, knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T), as well as leadership skills.

The job indicates that it is remote, but you must be able to communicate and direct activities at a managerial level. The position involves an average of 40-60% travel, possibly at short notice, highlighting the need for flexibility and adaptability.
