“We carried out individual investigations that so far resulted in the dismissal of 28 employees. We will continue to investigate and take necessary action,” he said.

Israel is one of “numerous” governments to which Google provides cloud computing services, the spokesperson also said. Its cooperation with Project Nimbus “is not directed at highly sensitive, classified or military workloads related to weapons or intelligence services,” he noted.
