The augmented reality headset would be released at the end of 2022

Apple will offer its Apple Glass this year according to renowned analyst Ming Chi Kuo, specializing in Apple products. The marketing of the augmented and virtual reality headset has been “postponed until the end of 2022”, according to a note intended for investors. The expert points out that a presentation was previously scheduled for the first half of 2022, reports 9to5Mac.

But beware, Apple has planned to market augmented reality glasses in very limited quantities. To see a larger stock of Apple Glass, it will be necessary to wait until the first quarter of 2023. This is not surprising. Apple is used to space the marketing of the presentation of its products to better arouse envy, says Phonandroid.

Pre-orders in the fall

You will have to wait until November or December to make the pre-orders. The Apple Glass could then be presented to the public during a keynote, shortly after the presentation of the iPhones 14 or Apple Watch. But some sources mention a presentation next June, during WWDC 2022 dedicated to developers.

Few elements have yet filtered through the product. Ming Chi Kuo indicated that the augmented and virtual reality headset could work without being connected to an iPhone, iPad or Mac.
