Putin “has made the decision” to invade Ukraine, says Biden

The president of United States, Joe Biden“Convinced” that Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to invade Ukraine, he said on Friday, but added that there is still room to choose between “war” and “diplomacy.”

“I am convinced that he has made the decision. We have reason to believe that,” Biden said in remarks from the White House, noting that an attack could come in the next “week” or “days.”
