For example, United Nations accounts for at least 564 non-military deaths in Ukraine. According to the same organization, those displaced by the war already add up to 2.8 million people.

Likewise, the Ukrainian Children’s Prosecutor’s Office maintains that, since the beginning of the war, there have been at least 79 dead children and a hundred wounded. Most were from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Kherson and Zhytomyr.

Similarly, nine educational institutions were totally destroyed, while 270 have been damaged by Russian attacks.

The president of Ukraine himself has given an account of the 1,300 deaths in his Armed Forces, while he maintained that the Russians have had casualties of 12,000 soldiers. Estimates from the Kremlinhowever, are diametrically different.

Ukraine, for its part, accuses the Russians of attacking a convoy passing through Peremoha, in which civilians were evacuated. Seven people have just died there.
