Exhumation of 412 bodies found after Russian withdrawal from Bucha ends

“In Bucha, an important and difficult process ends: the collection and exhumation of the bodies of those killed and killed in the territory of the Bucha community. The figure we have today is 412 ″, he specified in a message on Facebook collected by the Unian agency.

He added that this figure will be specified by researchers and experts “who work tirelessly.”

“This means that every third person killed in the kyiv region is from Bucha,” he wrote, adding that the count of injuries is still going on.

He also pointed out that a total of 117 lifeless bodies were removed from a mass grave near the Church of San Andrés Apóstol, including thirty women and two children.

“There are dead, assassinated and tortured by the occupants, there are burned civilian bodies. There are hospital patients who could not be buried after February 24, because the Russians did not allow the funeral rite service to enter the cemetery. There are several men from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ”he specified.

Fedoruk spoke of a “shared tragedy” and stressed that the task now is for each innocent victim to be identified and properly buried.

He added that the municipal authorities want to help the families at the expense of the municipal budget to bury the victims during the next week.
