Pique tragedy? A woman was burned to death in a serious traffic accident in Colombia

A serious accident occurred on the night of October 24 of this year at kilometer 18 of the road that leads from Tunja to the city of Bogotá, Colombia. When officers from the Cundinamarca Fire Department arrived at the scene, they found a completely burned vehicle.

At that moment they realized that there was a body of a woman trapped in the flames. The person, about 26 years old, was a co-pilot. According to sources consulted by this medium, it is Ana Marcela Romero Cantor.

The driver was identified as Maria Alejandra Ramirez and was transferred with minor injuries to a care center in Sesquilé. She is about 30 years old. The car they were driving was a 2015 Megane.

The reasons why the vehicle lost control on the road and crashed in such a resounding way are being investigated. A possible episode of illegal ‘piques’ is not ruled out. Although this is a matter of investigation and nothing is confirmed.

In the wooded area where the accident occurred, expert firefighters had to apply cooling to prevent the fire from spreading. DIJÏN personnel also arrived at the scene, who ordered the extraction of the lifeless body.
