The publication date is before the World Cup in Qatarwhich kicked off in Doha on November 20, 2022.
Although the video is not located in any specific place on the adult website, the day of publication coincides with the celebration of the Euro 2020 final.

Precisely, England they fell against Italy in that final, which was defined on penalties at Wembley Stadium, located in the city of London.
THE RULES IN THE WORLD CUP
On the other hand, FIFA said that in Qatar the tourists “can generally wear clothing of their choice.”
However, the organization clarified in its world cup guide that both men and women must cover knees and shoulders when visiting museums or other government buildings.
Non-Qatari women are not forced to wear the hijab, the traditional headscarf.
Bathing suits, for example, are allowed on private beaches and pools inside hotels.
While the world Cup is held on Qatari soil, the country has decided to maintain some of its laws, but has made exceptions regarding other issues, which has generated a wave of misinformation on social networks.
In conclusion, the video of an English fan showing her breasts in front of a crowd was not registered in Qatar, contrary to the claims that are disseminated. The images were already shared on the internet a year before the 2022 World Cup opened.
