Putin could soon mobilize another two million soldiers – including 300,000 women – in a desperate attempt to fight Ukrainian forces.

Dmitry Peskov, one of the Russian president’s spokesmen, denies that the warlike Kremlin will send more troops to the front.

But Putin still refuses to sign the necessary decree that will end this current wave of mobilizations, fueling the rumours.

Russian sources have speculated that large numbers will be called up as Russia continues to suffer humiliating defeats in Ukraine.

The General SVR Telegram channel claimed: “Putin considers it “sufficient” to subpoena another two million people, about 300,000 of whom are women.

“A large number of casualties among the mobilized, according to the president, will only unite Russian society and strengthen the current regime, regardless of whether the result will be victory or defeat.”

Valery Solovey, former professor at the prestigious Moscow Institute of International Relations, said: “The intent [is] not to mobilize 300,000, 400,000 or 500,000, but with a bit of luck as many as two million people, including 300,000 women, after the New Year celebrations.

“It is also the intention to mobilize simultaneously with the introduction of martial law.”

He warned: “It should extend martial law to all of Russia or a significant part of its territory, including the Russian capitals – the cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg.”

It comes as Russian convicts are forced to fight in Ukraine, with authorities threatening longer prison terms and beatings if they refuse, The Mirror reports.

Russia’s total prison population has fallen by 23,000 in just two months, as Putin pushes for more to be sent to the front.

About 500 prisoners have died fighting in Ukraine after “volunteering” for freedom after the war.

A source said: “According to relatives, it is impossible to deny this, as the prisoners may disappear.”

Meanwhile, newly mobilized civilians or reservists can work in factories that support the war effort.

“They could be sent to work to strengthen the country’s defense capabilities,” the source added.

Others also predict that there will be another mobilization in the new year.

Military idiot Egor 13 said: “Total mobilization will begin in January.

“You celebrate New Year’s Eve at home and then everyone goes into battle. Otherwise we won’t win. So get ready.”

Pro-Kremlin TG Pozdnyakov 3.0 explained: “Until recently, I did not believe the rumors of the war channels. But my source confirmed total mobilization from January.”
