Second journalist killed during the Qatar 2022 World Cup

The Gulf Times, a Qatari news outlet, sent its condolences to the family via social media.

”The photojournalist of al kass tvKhalid al-Misslam recently passed away. Al-Misslam, a Qatari, died suddenly while covering the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup. We believe in Allah’s mercy and forgiveness for him, and we send our deepest condolences to his family.” says the medium.

What is striking is that this event happened a few hours after the death of Grant Wahl.
