At least 150 Bolsonaristas are detained after the invasion of the headquarters of the three State powers in Brazil

At least 150 followers of the former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro They were arrested on Sunday after the invasion and looting of the main headquarters of the three state powers in the capital Brasilia, according to different local media.

Images from the CNN Brazil television network showed Bolsonaristas dressed in yellow and green -colors of the national flag-, go down the ramp of the Planalto Presidential Palace lined up, hands behind their backs, flanked by police officers.

In other images, a bus full of arrested protesters can be seen being transferred to a police station in the Federal District of Brasilia (center).

For its part, the Senate Police reported that it had arrested 30 people within the Congressinvaded by the Bolsonaristas, like the presidential palace and the Federal Supreme Court -STF, highest court-.

As night fell, the public forces seemed to gradually regain control of the situation, keeping the protesters at bay with water thrown from tanks, although dozens of supporters of the former president were still in the streets and the situation remained confused.
