Prince Harry accuses British royals of causing his wife Meghan distress

The prince harry has accused the British royal family of being jointly responsible for the anguish suffered by his wife Meghanand claimed that her stepmother Camilla, the queen consort, leaked private conversations to the media to enhance her reputation.

Harry spoke to British television station ITV and CBS’s “60 Minutes” to promote his book, titled “Spare.” (translated into Spanish as “In the Shadow”), which will be published on Tuesday. It has already sparked incendiary headlines with details of bitter family resentments.

During the interview with ITV, Harry repeated that there was a “concern” within the royal family about the skin color that their offspring would have. because he married the American biracial actress, Meghan Markle. Harry and Meghan first mentioned that during an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, but have not identified the royal family member who raised the concern.

Harry insisted that the family is not racist, but noted that the episode was an example of unconscious bias, adding that the royal family needed to “learn and grow” in order to “be part of the solution rather than part of the problem.”

“Spare” explores Harry’s grief following the death of his mother in 1997, his long-standing resentment of the royal “reserve” role, overshadowed by the “heir”, his older brother, Prince William. She recounts arguments and a physical altercation with Guillermo, reveals how he lost his virginity, and describes cocaine and cannabis use.

He also says he killed 25 Taliban fighters when he piloted the Apache attack helicopter in Afghanistan.a claim criticized by both the Taliban and British Army veterans.

Royal family officials have not commented on the allegations, though allies of the British monarchy have refuted the claims, mostly anonymously.

Harry he has defended his autobiography, describing it as his attempt to tell his “own story” after years of “interpretations and distortions” from other people. In the “60 Minutes” interview, Harry he denied that his book was meant to hurt his family.
