18 people die, including Ukraine’s Interior Minister, when a helicopter crashes next to a kindergarten

At least 18 people, including the Minister of the Interior of Ukraine and three children, were killed Wednesday in a helicopter crash outside kyiv en route to the front lines of the war with Russia.
