Moreno is born in Cali, but raised in Barranquilla. Since 2011 he has resided in the United States, where he married Mariel Santosof Dominican descent, with whom he has two daughters.

“We need my mother-in-law’s humanitarian visa, it would be great if she could come so that she is also calmer and can be closer to the whole family here,” Santos said.

Moreno’s strange disappearance was recorded on January 8 when he went out for a ride in the car. The wife managed to contact him hours later and he confirmed that he was fine, then no more was known.

The car in which he was traveling was found by the Police abandoned and crashed on I-75 and Sheridan streets, in Miami. Inside the vehicle there was no clue of Moreno.

Mariel Santos and her two daughters have been searching for the man since that day, but the city is very large and so far they have not found any clues.

For this reason, the woman asks the Colombian government for help to intercede and help obtain a humanitarian visa for her mother-in-law and sister-in-law to come to the United States.
