Zelensky hopes to open negotiations to access the European Union under the Spanish presidency

After receiving the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez in kyiv, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyhopes that his country will formally begin the negotiation process for its entry into the European Union (EU) during the next Spanish presidency of the European Council.
