“There can be no winners in a nuclear war,” say Russia and China

In the document, adopted after the second day of Russian-Chinese negotiations, the leaders ask the five signatory countries of the joint declaration on the prevention of nuclear war and an arms race of January 2022 (USA, Russia, China, France, the United Kingdom) to follow its key postulates.
