United States: The body of a missing Florida boy is found in the mouth of an alligator

The body of a 2-year-old boy identified as Taylen Mosley, who had been reported missing in St Petersburgcity on the west coast of Florida (USA), was found dead in a lake in the mouth of a alligator.

St. Petersburg Police Chief, Anthony Hollowayreported Friday night at a press conference that the minor’s body was found in the mouth of an alligator in the lake maggiorein the south of the city.

holloway indicated that police officers who were investigating the case realized that the animal had something in its jaws and that when they got closer they realized that it was the body of a minor.

He alligator had to be sacrificed to recover the child’s corpse.

Local media report this Saturday that no details of the child’s death are known and that the victim’s father is hospitalized and faces two counts of manslaughter.

In connection with the case, the St. Petersburg Police previously found a 20-year-old woman -identified as Pashun Jeffery– murdered inside her apartment, while her son, the 2-year-olds Taylen Mosleywas reported missing.
