Several dozen female students were injured on Monday when they jumped from a roof to escape a fire that devastated a girls’ high school in the southeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), reported local sources.

Around 09:00 local time a fire declared himself in high school MwangaCatholic school of kolweziin the province of lualaba (Katanga region), according to testimonies collected by AFP.
