ELN chief negotiator: “This first bilateral ceasefire seeks to change Colombia”

The ceasefire, which will be gradually implemented but will become official on August 3 for 180 days, “seeks a humanitarian purpose, to reduce the conflict so that in Colombia there is a better climate for the participation of the society”Beltran said.
