Venezuela: Parliament extends one month the investigation of Trump for “attacks” on the country and includes anti-Chavistas

The Parliament of Venezuela extended this Thursday, for a month, an investigation into the possible “criminal liability” of the former US president donald trump (2017-2021) for “Crimes against humanity“against the Caribbean nation, due to the sanctions he imposed while he was president, and the alleged involvement of anti-Chavistas in these”attacks”.

The National Assembly (AN), with an official majority, approved the extension to complete the investigation requested by the commission in charge, which advanced “names and surnames” of some of the “responsible” of “these actions”, among which he mentioned the opponents Maria Corina Machado, Henrique Capriles and superlane freddycandidates for the primaries on October 22.

The results of these investigations, according to the Chavista opinion recently, should be brought before organizations such as the United Nations or the International Criminal Court (ICC).
