The west of Cuba is affected by winds of more than 100 km/h and heavy rains

The Institute of Meteorology (Insmet) reported this Tuesday winds of up to 133 kilometers per hour and accumulated water levels of more than 100 millimeters (or liters per square meter) in several of the areas affected by the hurricane idalia in the west of Cuba.
