Zelensky admits that Russian air superiority slows down Ukrainian counteroffensive

The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyadmitted that Russiawith its air superiority, is slowing down the counteroffensive of Kyiv and criticized the slowdown in the delivery of military aid from Western countries and the sanctions against Moscow.
