Category 4 Hurricane Lidia makes landfall near Cabo Corrientes, western Mexico

Furthermore, he noted that upon entering Mexican territory, the cyclone recorded maximum sustained winds of 220 kilometers per hour (km/h) and gusts of 260 km/h and was moving east-northeast at 26 km/h.
