Netanyahu compares pro-Palestine demonstrations with demonstrations in favor of Nazism

The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, criticized the massive mobilizations of recent days in the main cities of the world and denounced these protests “in favor of Hamas”. These demonstrations would amount to supporting the Nazis, according to the Israeli leader.

“Those who protest in favor Hamas, they are protesting in favor of pure evil. There are many people who do not know the facts. We are talking about people who deliberately attack civilians, who rape and murder women, who behead men, who burn babies alive, who kidnap babies and Holocaust survivors. These are the people they are supporting.”he argued in an interview with the American network NBC. “We are fighting the righteous battle of civilization against barbarism,” she emphasized.

Netanyahu compared the situation to the Allied offensive in Germany of the end of the Second World War. “It’s like World War II. The Allies Fought the Nazis (…). They went to German cities. The Nazis hid in civilian neighborhoods and civilians died. And who are they protesting against? “Against the Nazis or against the Allies?” he stated.

“They are speaking out against pure evil. It is a mistake. It’s actually a sentence. It is an accusation against higher education at some of our universities”, he stressed.

During the weekend there were important pro-Palestinian demonstrations and against the Israeli military offensive in Link in Paris or Brussels, although the largest was in London, where around 300,000 people took to the streets of the British capital on Saturday, according to police data.
