Israeli army attacks Hezbollah positions in Lebanon

Israel attacked militia positions this Thursday in Lebanon following the attacks carried out by them on Israeli territory, amid high tension in the area following the deadly attack the day before yesterday against number two in the Hamas in the Lebanese capital, Beirut.

Arouri’s assassination two days ago in Beirut raised fears that the situation between Israel and Lebanon would turn into an open war and, in addition to Hamas, Hezbollah also warned that it would respond, although for now the situation on the Lebanese-Israel border be at a level of confrontation relatively similar to that prior to the death of the Hamas leader.

The head of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallahstated yesterday in a televised speech that his training “they will fight without limits” if Israel declares war on Lebanon.
