Muscovites flock to donate blood to victims of concert hall attack

Hundreds of Muscovites have been queuing up since the early hours of the morning to donate blood to the more than a hundred injured in the attack on the concert hall Croco City Hallwhich also left at least 133 people dead.

“During the first hour of work at blood centers in the region of Moscow (where the attacked facility is located), more than 600 people donated blood”reported a spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, cited by the TASS agency.

Meanwhile, images of long queues in front of the Medical centers appointed by the authorities to donate blood to the injured.

Currently, in hospitals Moscow and the region of Moscow meet 112 injured in the attack, which was claimed last night by the Islamic State.

Authorities have so far confirmed the death of 133 people in the attackunanimously condemned by the international community, and warned that this number is not definitive, as search and rescue work continues at the site of the attack, where a large fire broke out yesterday, also caused by the attackers.
