Spectators were shot at, there was a fire, the roof collapsed… A story of incredible violence in Moscow

Two numbers and a month as symbols of terrorist horror. In the USA – September 11, in France – November 13. Now March 22 will become for Russia a marker of the massacre of innocent people in the name of a deadly ideology.

On this Friday evening around 8 pm (6 pm in Paris), crowds flock to Crocus City Hall, a 7,000-seat concert hall located in the northern suburbs of Moscow. In the program: the group Picnic, one of the leaders of Russian pop-rock since 1978. There were fans of all ages in the hall. Many of those from the first hour even went on a trip with their children. The stands are starting to fill. There are still several lines in the lobby of the huge building, which has already hosted the Miss Universe election and even a visit from Donald Trump.
