The QS ranking is one of the most prestigious in the world. The main factor they take into consideration is academic reputation. They also measure issues such as the number of teachers per student.

The evaluators analyzed more than 17 million academic articles and the opinions of more than 240 thousand professors and experts to prepare the list, which has been published for two decades.

This year they incorporated into their metrics the employment opportunities provided by academic institutions and the international research networks they have.
