Fuel prices: where to find the cheapest petrol and diesel near you?

Fuel prices are rising inexorably. The latest data released earlier this week by the Ministry of Ecological Transition and based on readings from the previous week shows an increase in prices for both diesel and SP95-E10. The first sold for an average of 1.93 euros per liter, while the second was one cent more expensive.

In this context, the government is trying its best to curb inflation at the pump. But the ability to sell at a loss hasn’t brought the success that distributors and major retail brands had hoped for.

Prices at stations in your department

Le Parisien-Aujourd’hui en France analyzed the latest data from the Ministry of Economy on gas stations that published a price offer in the last 24 hours. About 4000 stations (almost half of those present on the territory). So where can you find the cheapest gas to fill your tank?

Our research showed that the Leclerc center, located on Avenue de la Liberation in Arles (Bouches-du-Rhône), offers the lowest price (€1.84 per liter). Conversely, further north, the Shell station south of Paris at Saclay on the RN 118 offers diesel for €2.37 per liter.

The cheapest model SP95-E10 is at Leclerc de la Route de Louviers in Neuburg (Ayr) – 1.84 euros per liter. And the most expensive is from BP, in the L’Abis area, on the A 43 motorway in Saint-Juard-Prior (Savoie), at 2.37 euros per liter!
