Shared ownership fees increase sharply in 2023 in Ile-de-France: our exclusive card

Between inflation, prices for water, gas, electricity… We expected the bill for the co-owners of Paris and Ile-de-France to be high in 2023, but probably not that high. According to the latest data published by the cooperative shared property management platform Matera and which we disclose exclusively to you, in 2023 costs in Ile-de-France (IDF) increased by 14%, reaching €2,409 per year in equipped condominiums. for collective heating and from 10.8% to 1073 euros for individual heating (excluding heating costs).

“These are averages, meaning there are just as many shared ownership companies paying higher amounts and just as many paying less,” explains Charlotte Taillard de Borms, an analyst at the company. These are fairly close to the reported averages, but we have preferred this method of calculation to best reflect the reality of cost increases. »
