National rock band Por Hablar returns with a new album “Hoy” and offers a free show

For talking, the Peruvian group that opened in our country for great international artists such as Korn, Slipknot and Limp Bizkit; announced at the launch of his new album “Hoy”. The material will be released in December, and along with the news, his tour of Lima and other provinces of the country was confirmed.

After 22 years of their first album, “Padre Mío”, the new LP is officially the second of the band, and was announced in 2016, during the promotions of the main theme, “No Soy Yo”.

“It has been a long process, since [el disco] It has been recorded on several occasions and in different studios. The final result: extreme music with power, spirit and message”, declared to El Comercio, the leader and vocalist of the band, Diego Taboada.

Formed in 1996 by vocalist Diego Taboada, bassist Raúl “Oú” Saba, drummer Said Saba (drums) and guitarists Jorge Álvarez “La Roja” and Juan Manuel “El Mono” Crespo, the band is recognized for being one of the the pioneers in using the Nu Metal subgenre, a mixture of the 90s that fuses metal, grunge, hip hop, among other styles.

After the great reception of their first production, Por Hablar consecrated their popularity in the underground scene traveling to Los Angeles in 2003, where they played in well-known bars such as the “Roxy” in Hollywood and “Wiskiey a gogo”.

As a prelude to their long-awaited return and to commemorate the 2000s, this Thursday, October 20, the band will perform a free show at the Kennedy Park roundabout at 8:00 pm (exact time).
