“Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever”: this is “Lift Me Up”, Rihanna’s theme for the film

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, the long-awaited “Black Panther 2″, will not only mark the return of one of the Marvel tapes that became the favorite of the public, but also of the singer Rihanna, who has been confirmed to be part of the soundtrack.

After launching couture collections, a lingerie line, a makeup brand, becoming a billionaire and having a baby, superstar Rihanna is ready for her return to music, and she will do so with this movie.

Where to hear Rihanna’s theme?

After six years without releasing a new solo song, the 34-year-old singer released the song that will be the theme song for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.”

The title of the song will be “Lift Me Up” and it premiered in the early hours of October 28. It is Rihanna’s first solo single since 2016’s “Love on the Brain.”

Rihanna previously revealed a short sneak peek of the new song, which she has released on her Westbury Road label along with Roc Nation, Def Jam Recordings and Hollywood Records.

This is the official audio of the song:

This is the official lyrics of the song and its translation into Spanish:

Lift me up

Hold me down

Keep me close

Safe and sound

Burning in a hopeless dream

Hold me when you go to sleep

Keep me in the warmth of your love

When you depart, keep me safe

Safe and sound

Lift me up

Hold me down

Keep me close

Safe and sound

Drowning in an endless sea

Take some time and stay with me

Keep me in the strength of your arms

Keep me safe

Safe and sound

long time in silence

The news comes just weeks after the American football league, the NFL, announced that Rihanna will headline the always-spectacular Super Bowl halftime show in February, a long-awaited return to the stage for the pop star.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty, who hails from Barbados, burst onto the music scene in 2003 scoring global hits like “We Found Love” and “Umbrella,” a collaboration with Jay-Z. Her fans have been clamoring for her ninth album, which she said that it will be “fused with reggae” and has hinted that as of 2019 it is almost done.

But the artist has focused on other endeavors, including becoming the first black woman to run a fashion house for French powerhouse LVMH, which owns brands like Fendi and Givenchy.

The singer behind the hit “Diamonds” and rapper A$AP Rocky had their first child on May 13 in Los Angeles.
