“Avatar: The Water Path” will be shown again in Peruvian cinemas

News that excites fans of this saga! The sequel directed by James Cameron “Avatar: El camino del agua” (“Avatar: The Way of Water” in its original language) will return to theaters in Peru this month, almost four months after its world premiere in mid-December 2022.

Since its premiere, “Avatar 2” has broken various records and has even managed to position itself in the Top 10 highest-grossing films of all time. Do you want to know from when the film will be available in theaters? Below we provide you with all the details you should know.

The sequel to the “Avatar” saga will be available again in some theaters in Peru from this thursday april 20.

“Last chance! Don’t miss ´Avatar: El camino del agua´ in 3D. Live the experience only in cinemas from this Thursday the 20th in a limited circuit!”reads the publication.

The film “Avatar: The Way of Water” by James Cameron will arrive on the streaming platform Disney +; however, the official date for its release on the service has yet to be confirmed.

At the moment, the public can enjoy the first installment of “Avatar” (2009) on said platform; as well as the behind-the-scenes special “Avatar: In the depths of the water”.

The long-awaited sequel to “Avatar” is set more than a decade after the first installment. This new film continues the story of the Sully family, made up of Jake (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña) and their children, who must face some problems that haunt them and also try to stay safe.

“Jake Sully and Ney’tiri have started a family and they do everything they can to stay together. However, they must leave their home and explore the regions of Pandora when an ancient threat reappears.”cites the official synopsis.

For the sequel to “Avatar”, the production once again summoned the actor Sam Worthington to give life to Jake Sully. Also on screen are Zoe Saldaña, Stephen Lang and Kate Winslet.
