The registration of Group 5 as a member of the Latin Grammy will depend on the type of membership that the Yaipén acquired. According to the organization’s portal, there are only two types: voter and associate.

The first category is aimed at artists and professionals involved in the production of songs directly, while the second is intended for people who work administratively in the music industry.

It is presumed that the Yaipén group was registered in the first category, if so, they would have the benefits of nominating and nominating themselves for the Latin Grammy Awards, in addition to having the option to vote for the possible winners.
